Nearby tasks

When creating service agreements, you've long had the option to view dates with nearby tasks. This made it possible to place the start date of a new service appointment at a time when you were already nearby. But there were 2 things you couldn't see:

  1. Which employee would be nearby.
  2. How much work was already scheduled for the day.

With the new changes we've made, we've fixed that. It is now possible to see which employee is nearby on each date and get an insight into how much work is already scheduled.

Timeline for service agreements

When you already have many service appointments scheduled, it can often be difficult to get an overview of whether they are scheduled appropriately in relation to each other over time - especially if the intervals are also different. That's why we've introduced a new timeline specifically for service agreements.

With the new timeline, you can search for a group of customers and see how their scheduled tasks are distributed over time. If you find a customer whose tasks are skewed in relation to the other customers they should ideally be scheduled with, you can easily move their tasks in the same view.
